About
DevSecOps Certified Professional (DSOCP)
Every software company in the world has started pushing code faster and more frequently than ever before. As a result, the number of vulnerabilities in our systems and goods is increasing every day. We can achieve more with less work thanks to DevOps, but we must include security into our process as soon as feasible to minimize risks.
The DevSecOps Certified Professional program is designed to teach the methodology of integrating security into activities and to stress the professional application of security discipline as the primary means of protecting the organization and its customers.
This certification course will cover a wide range of subjects, including how DevSecOps adds value to the business and its capacity to facilitate and support organizational transformations with the ultimate goal of boosting productivity, lowering risk, and lowering costs.
You will have a good grasp and practical knowledge of tools, techniques, and technologies connected to DevSecOps after taking our "DevSecOps Certified Professional" program, and you will be able to implement DevSecOps pipeline and culture for your project or product autonomously.

What is
What is DevSecOps?
DevSecOps, which stands for development, security, and operations, automates security integration at every stage of the software development lifecycle, from initial design to integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery. DevSecOps is a logical and necessary evolution in how development teams approach security.
Benefits
What are the benefits of DevSecOps?
- Improved security- Other dependencies are discovered when security issues have been resolved. When security-related concerns are discovered and implemented early in the cycle, they become less expensive to resolve.
- cost-effective software delivery- DevSecOps' rapid, secure delivery saves time and money by reducing the need to repeat a procedure to fix security vulnerabilities after they've occurred.
- Automation compatibility- Security checking automation is very dependent on the project and goal of the company. Automated testing ensures that incorporated software dependencies are patched to the correct levels and that software passes security unit testing.
- Adaptive and repeatable process- Organizations' security systems mature as they grow larger. DevSecOps is a method that can be repeated and adapted. As the environment develops and adapts to new needs, this ensures that security is implemented consistently across the board.
- Diversify and broaden your horizons- Because the k8s architecture was created on 12 factor app concepts, becoming k8s certified gives you a strong foundation in these principles, which can be applied to a wide range of SaaS apps. Talk about broadening your horizons.
Learn
Why we should learn DevSecOps?
- Instead of having security issues manifest after the software is deployed, where the public is harmed and the company's reputation suffers, teams experience security issues throughout development.
- Because the procedure is automated, there are fewer mistakes and cases of administration failure, both of which could lead to cyber-attacks and downtime.
- Greater adaptability in dealing with unexpected changes during the development process.
- A higher return on investment (ROI) in the existing security infrastructure of the company.
- Automation eliminates the need for cybersecurity architects to design security consoles, allowing security teams to focus on more critical challenges while increasing agility and speed.
- Improved teamwork and communication
- Quality assurance testing and automated builds will have more opportunities in the future.
Training
How Our DevSecOps course/Training would help?
Our course/training will teach you about DevSecOps procedures, tools, and methodologies, as well as the major components of a DevOps pipeline and how to build and maintain them utilising SCA, SAST, DAST, and Security as Code. Furthermore, how to grow a DevSecOps programme within an enterprise.
DevSecOps' built-in security features bring a slew of other benefits which are way too helpful and covered by our DevSecOps course. These are some of them:
- Security teams will be able to move more quickly and with greater agility.
- The ability to react quickly to changes and needs.
- Improved team collaboration and communication.
- More automated builds and quality assurance testing options.
- Vulnerabilities in code are identified early in the development process.
- Team assets are freed up to work on high-value projects.
- We've been in the training and consulting business for the past four years, and we've learned that one size does not fit all, which means that our pre-determined agenda may not work for you. In such case, you can work with our subject matter experts to develop training solutions that are tailored to your or your team's needs.
- After completing the training, each participant will receive an industry-recognized "Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) Certified Professional" (CKAD) certification from DevOpschool with the help of DevOpsCertication.co, which is valid for life.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is DevSecOps training?
DevSecOps allows for agile application development while also securing your application with automated security tests incorporated into the pipeline. By including security stages into the pipeline, it helps to boost efficiency and security.
-
Is DevSecOps a good career?
Those who master DevSecOps can look forward to a long and successful career. DevSecOps engineers have even greater job security, because unlike typical cybersecurity techniques like vulnerability scanning with a variety of software-based tools, DevSecOps necessitates personnel who know how to code while implementing security.
-
Is DevSecOps a methodology?
DevSecOps is comparable to DevOps in that both methodologies operate under an agile framework that divides projects into smaller parts. DevSecOps, on the other hand, integrates security into every phase of the development process. Rather, DevSecOps is a step forward in the DevOps process.
-
How much does a DevSecOps earn?
The average annual salary for DevSecOps is $145,000. The actual wage of a cyber security employee, on the other hand, varies depending on the individual's skill set and expertise.
-
How much Python should I know for DevOps?
The good news is that you don't need to know Python or any other programming language to work as a junior DevOps Engineer. However, you must be familiar with at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby, and be able to write and debug smaller scripts in that language.
-
Is it possible for me to attend a Demo Session?
We limit the amount of people who can attend our live sessions to ensure that they are of high quality. As a result, without confirmation of enrollment, a live session demo is not available. However, if you want to familiarise yourself with our training methodology and procedure, as well as the teaching style of our instructors, you can request prerecorded Training videos prior to attending a live session.
-
Will I be able to work on a project?
Yes, after completing the programme, participants will be given one real-time scenario-based project in which they will be able to apply what they have learned and gain real-world industrial setup, skills, and practical knowledge that will assist them in being industry-ready.
-
Who are the instructors in charge of the training?
All of our instructors, trainers, and faculty members are highly trained industry specialists with at least 10-15 years of experience in various areas such as IT, Agile, SCM, B&R, DevOps Training, Consulting, and mentorship. Before they were onboarded to lead our sessions, they had to go through our selection procedure, which included profile screening, technical evaluation, and a training demo.
-
Do you aid in job placement?
No. However, we can assist you in preparing for interviews and preparing a résumé. Because there is a high demand for DevOps professionals, we assist our participants in preparing for it by allowing them to work on real-world projects and providing notifications through our "JOB updates" page and "Forum updates," where we post JOB requirements that we receive via emails/phone calls from various companies looking to hire trained professionals.
